Welcome back everybody!
Surfing on Internet lately I have found various lists of things to do and not to do in order to enjoy life at its best in every situation and regardless of your age.
Some of these lists were inconsistent and ridicolous, others made me think.
Guess what I decided to do? Priding myself for my originality, I’m going to write my own list!
I believe I experienced some aspects of life long enough to value them and at the same time to have enough time for those things I haven’t done yet so that they do not become useless regrets.
I do not know if I will complete my list today, maybe it will take several articles…
Anyway do whatever you please with it and I will be glad if you feel inspired.
Let’s get started:
- Make space for creativity in your life. You do not need to be a professional artist, but if you feel the urge to play an instrument, paint, act, write, sing, take pictures, decorate, sculpt, dance, embroider, be an acrobat or whatever crosses your mind, DO IT! Your body and your mind will thank you for this.
- Move. Our bones, muscles, joints, lungs suffer if we do not keep them fit and I’m not talking only of everyday movements. If training is not constant you will not be able to do some movements as time passes by. I guess you do not want to become like those aching crooked old ladies, right?
- Sometimes you feel exhausted and hysterical, but try to treasure the time with your children as much as you can. Enjoy the limitless tenderness and sweetness of this time of your life. Seeing them grow is fantastic, but it all passes so quickly.
- Take care of your teeth. Period.
